Please be assured we will respond to your request.

​Once the HHP team have received your referral form, an appointment will be made for you to have a telephone call with one of our Dr Advisors.  HHP Dr Advisors work from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

You will be emailed, within one working day of receipt of your form, with confirmation of the details you have provided in the referral form along with the date and time of your telephone appointment with a Dr Advisor.

Please be aware our response may be in your junk mail folder.
